Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.)

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, ORGN Lifestyle, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. ORGN Lifestyle, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier office. If still unresolved, please reach out to us and we’ll work together on next steps.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
